I lost my grandfather to cancer and I watched my best friend’s aunt fight breast cancer. I have seen friends and family die from cancer. I have seen the effects cancer has on not only the one battling it, but the family also. I wanted to get involved with a cancer group to show support and help promote it so I joined Pink Fishing with the intention of bringing more awareness to this deadly disease, plus it gives me another reason to go fishing! Fishing is my passion! I will be able to do what I love and bring awareness to breast cancer at the same time! That’s why I decided to join Team Pink Fishing. It’s an awesome group of people and they all make you feel like family, not just a member. I urge everyone to become a member of Team Pink and help in “Reeling in the Cure” for breast cancer.
